| ~~Ordering~~ Things you need to know about ordering:
Orders can be paid on line and payments done by credit card, e-checks or you may send in your order and payment in either a form of a check or money order USPS money orders ONLY. These will need to be made out to Jennifer Tolson ........................................................................................................................... Simply click on "add to cart" of the item you would like. Once you have added 1 of that item to your cart, you can them add as many as you would like. You can view your items at anytime by clicking "view cart" .......................................................................................................................... All items are handmade & made to order, so your order will take around 1- 4 weeks. I give special attention and details to each one though because they are handmade & made to order, colors may vary. I do my best to get the same shade every time, though a order you place today and a order you place next month...a shade may be one color lighter or dark. If you need a large amount of one single item...it is best to order them together rather separated. Here is a example of an order I received. This order took me about 1 1/2 weeks to complete! This was when I was a stay home mom and working on candles everyday. I am only one person with a family and a job, I can only do so much. ......................................................................................................................... I do work with wholesale and store orders on a weekly basic, at times the store will have to close during the week to allow me time to catch up. .............................................................................................................................. Each order is completed in the order they are received. ............................................................................................................................. Returns: If you are not 100% happy with your order, return it for a replacement. If you are still not happy after receiving your replacement, you will then receive a refund (excluding shipping)...you MUST return the replace as well!! Large orders (totally $100 or more) and or custom orders ARE NOT 100% REFUNDABLE!!. Because supplies are bought JUST for your order, supply cost will but subtracted from your total and you will then receive a refund. Remember..... You must return ALL items UNBURNT and UNPACKAGED to receive a refund. ............................................................................................................................ Holiday Shopping starts in September! If you are planning to do holiday shopping with us, PLEASE be sure to get your order in BY DECEMBER 4TH in order to have it by DECEMBER 23rd. ORDERS PLACED AFTER DECEMBER 4TH WILL NOT BE SHIPPING UNTIL AFTER JAN 1ST!!!!! This has ALWAYS been our policy! Pixie's Candles is closed yearly 12/18- 1/3. All orders received during that time will be shipped during the 2nd week of January. ........................................................................................................... ~~Sorry I am unable to take Credit Cards orders over the phone~~ ............................................................................................................................. ~~Shipping~ Things you need to know about shipping: $13.95 is a flat rate box through USPS. This is for all orders up to 20pounds ONLY! Order totaling over 20pounds in weight,or orders being shipped outside of the USA will be sent a 2nd invoice before your order is shipped. Due to non-payment on shipping for orders, I had to change back to the flat rate being added. If you want to place a small order, you may contact me for a shipping quote. Also 6% Maryland tax will be added to your order. If you are ordering wholesale, you MUST sign a tax exempt form even if you are NOT a MD resident. .............................................................................................................................
